I worked as a Commissioning Lead Advisor on onshore and offshore projects at the Qua Iboe Terminal (QIT) platforms in Eket, Nigeria. On every project, the same thing slowed us down: ITRs, punch lists and certificates spread across shared spreadsheets, emails and paper, and a handover dossier that had to be rebuilt by hand at the end.
